Our 'social survey stroll' this Wednesday in South Wingfield is fully booked - but do add yourself to the waiting list just in case space becomes available: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/1120186139899?aff=oddtdtcreator
We'd love to hear from you if you have a suggestion of where we should head to for our next survey stroll in the Amber Valley Borough Council area.
Our aim is to:
Create an enjoyable social event, which gets us out and about as part of a group, looking at Grade II listed buildings.
Give people a chance to have a go with the buildings at risk app with support on hand.
Which town/village/parish should we visit next?
There are 9 Grade II buildings each in Heanor, Quarndon and Swanwick, 38 in Duffield, 50 in Crich, 7 in Kedleston, 6 in Smalley....and the list goes on....we still have lots to survey, so do share your ideas here or email
We'd also love to hear from any walking/volunteer etc groups etc who would might like to get involved.
This project has been made possible thanks to The National Lottery Heritage Fund
